Robert Cinelli of Coldwell Banker Elite Properties, QLD was auctioning off a property this week but he had a problem. His best bidders, a couple from Brisbane, were concerned that they might not be able to make the auction because the husband could not leave work any earlier than 5 PM from Brisbane. The auction was at 6 PM at Currumbin RSL (Gold Coast).

Rob suggested that the couple should register to bid using the Live Online Bidding service as a guarantee of being able to bid into the auction. This way the wife could bid from their home in Brisbane just in case the husband did not make the auction at Currumbin RSL.

As it turned out the husband made the auction with minutes to spare and purchased the property on the night. The wife was able to watch the webcast of the auction on their computer at home.

As you could image the couple were over the moon with purchasing the property. They were particularly grateful to Rod for alleviating any unnecessary stress that they would have been forced to endure had it not been for the use of Live Online Bidding.
