Coming Next Month: Open Home and Bidder Registers

In addition to the introduction of our multi-view, broadcasting cameras, we're really excited to announce another upcoming feature to PTY's current auction administration suite. We'll be launching two new registers, both designed with the intention to save you time and increase your efficiency with capturing information.

Open Home Register:

No more need for clipboards, papers and pens at your next open home. You will now be able to use your iPad or other mobile device to collect the potential buyers' contact details. You will also be able to export the data so you don't have to reinput the information into your existing systems. Not to mention you have the option to automatically send viewers an email or SMS thanking them for viewing the property.

Bidders Register:

Imagine at your next auction being able to replace the bits of paper and pens on your registration table with iPads or other mobile devices. Then once your auction is finished you can print off your bidder's register or store it electronically in either Excel, CSV or PDF format. This is what you will be able to do with PTY's new bidder's register feature.
